The placements process for the graduating batch takes place in February. There is also a lateral placement process that provides students with substantial prior work experience through on-the-job training in firms along with the management program. Recruiting companies conduct Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) on campus through October-January that provide students with information on companies, the roles and compensation packages they offer. The final placement process works on a system where companies are allotted date and time slots to conduct their recruitment process on campus or off campus.
