An integral part of the Post Graduate Program, on-the job training and internship are designed to provide students an opportunity to put their learning into practice, while enabling companies to use quality mangers-in-the-making for real-life short-term assignments. On-the-job training is given to student with stipend which will focus on Practical Knowledge and applications areas rather than theory based education. This will help students consider for final job offer before graduating out of their college. Having by the end of the first year honed substantial degree of analytical skills, backed by around understanding of management concepts in areas of General Management, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Systems, Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, PSB intern are able to serve effectively and bring a fresh perspective to a variety of project assignments.
