Business has today undergone a paradigm shift on all frontiers, driven as it is by the dynamically changing forces liberalization, privatization and globalization; and information, communication and entertainment. It was to cope with these rapid changes in the field of business and economy that PSB offers PGP with specialization in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resource, International Business, Information Technology, Telecom & Retail. PGP is divided into two independent sub programmes- PGP1 & PGP2. Each programme is of 11 months duration. The PGP is awarded by Poona School of Business. The mission of the programme is to create and nurture value-based future leaders taking on higher management roles in transforming organizations. The course caters to specific industry requirements as it combines domain focused expertise with a general management perspective.

PSB perceived the need of the industry for thought leaders and successfully endeavoured to create the PGP course. Participants gain management perspectives through an innovative pedagogy of experiential learning and enhanced peer interaction.
