The student should strictly obey the instructions given by the Director from time to time.

Student will be expelled from the Institute if found disobeying the orders of the Director and the faculty.

The student should be regular in attendance and his/her attendance for the day shall be marked only when he/she is present for all the sessions during the day. Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for grant of term. If the student is found irregular in attendance, he shall be expelled from the Institute.

The student is required to submit the assignments failing which he/she shall be subjected to disciplinary action.

The vehicles should be parked on a place notified and the vehicles parked elsewhere i.e. other than parking zone shall be confiscated.

Student should drive safely inside the campus as well as outside the campus. For two wheeler users, use of helmet is compulsory.

The student should carry identity card with him regularly and the identity card should be produced when demanded by the authority of the Institute.

The student found guilty of an act of misconduct either in the Institute or outside shall be subjected to strict disciplinary action and may be expelled from the Institute.

The student should not cause any damage to the Institute's property. The damage caused shall be recovered from the student immediately.

The attendance for the tests and tutorials conducted in the Institute is compulsory.

The student showing consistently poor performance in the tests and tutorials and failing in the Internal evaluation of the subject shall not be sent for the University Examination.

If the student is found weak in certain subjects he/she will have to attend extra classes as notified and make the required progress to come at par with the other students.

Strict silence should be observed in the Library. Loitering in corridors is strictly prohibited.

Smoking in the premises is strictly prohibited.

The students coming late shall not be allowed to enter the class.

The student should read the notices displayed on the notice board regularly and the Institute will not be responsible for the loss or any disadvantage due to negligence of reading notices on the part of the student.

Use of cell phones / cameras / camera phones is prohibited on campus.

Chewing pan, pan masala, any tobacco products, drinking alcohol, use of drugs and smoking is strictly prohibited on campus.

The above rules of discipline are always subject to change, modification, addition, omission or alteration as and when the Director feels it fit and proper and the decisions of the Director shall be final.

Anti Ragging Act: The Maharashtra prohibition of Ragging act 1999. Act of Maharashtra legislature received the assent of the Governor on May 15, 1999 and was published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part VIII, dated may 15, 1999.

S.3 Prohibition of Ragging: Ragging within or outside any educational institution is prohibited.

S.4 Penalty for Ragging: Whoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, abets or propagates ragging within or outside any educational institution shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years and shall also be liable to a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.

S.5 Dismissal of student : Any student convicted of an offence under S.4 penalty for ragging shall be - dismissed from the educational institution and such student shall not be admitted in any other educational institution for a period of five years from the date of order of such dismissal.

S.6 Suspension of student : 1. Whenever any student or, as the case may be, the parent or guardian, or teacher of an educational institution complaints, in writing, of ragging to the head of the educational institution, the head of that educational institution, shall, without prejudice of the foregoing provisions, within seven days of the receipt of the complaint and if, prima facie, it is found true, suspend the student who is accused of the offence, and shall, immediately forward the complaint to the police station having jurisdiction over the area in which the educational institution is situated, for further action.

2. Where, on inquiry by the head of the educational institution, it is proved that there is no substance, prima facie, in the complaint received under sub-section [I], he / she shall intimate the fact, in writing to the complainant.

3. The decision of the head of the educational institution that the student has indulged in ragging under sub-section [1] shall be final.
