Teaching methods at the PSB will include - lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, business
games, role plays, simulation exercises, structured and unstructured group work, field viPSBs and
on-the-job training.
The emphasis will be on involving the students in learning and helping them to relate concepts and theories to business requirements.
Consistent with advances in teaching technology, the program will integrates the use of computers in learning
the basic principles in different functional areas of management.
It will also enable students to acquire skills in identifying and dealing with complex problems in management.
The students will also undertake several field-based projects so that they will get better insights into the
business workplace reality.
The curriculum will be revised on an ongoing basis through discussions with practicing managers from the
industry to reflect current business needs.
